Flexible booking & carefree travel

  • Up to 7 days prior to the arrival you can cancel free of charge.
  • Between 6 and 5 days prior to the arrival, you have to pay 30% of the total price as a cancellation fee.
  • From 9AM 4 days prior to the arrival, you pay 80% of the total price as a cancellation fee.
  • In case of no show the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • Excluded from the cancellation fee are additional products, such as ski pass.

No prepayment needed

  • Credit card required at booking time. You receive a credit card authorization form from us to fill in and guarantee your booking. Please note that any change in your reservation may change the rate and/or require payment of cancellation fees.

European travel insurance

We recommend you to conclude a travel insurance. Here you can choose between Hotel cancellation Plus or Premium. The following reasons are covered by the insurance::

  • if you suffer from COVID-19 symptoms,
  • if your temperature is elevated and it is possible that you have COVID-19 disease, even if a later test result is negative ,
  • if you were tested positive for COVID-19,
  • if one of your close relatives (*) or a person living in your household has contracted COVID-19, 
  • or if, during your stay at the hotel, you fall ill and as a result you cannot travel, your involuntary holiday extension is covered.

(*) Close relatives are defined as spouse (or registered partner or partner living in the same household), children (step children, children-in-law, grandchildren, foster children), parents (step parents, parents-in-law, grandparents, foster parents), siblings and brother-in-law/sister-in-law of the insured person - in case of a registered partner or partner living in the same household, additionally his/her children, parents and siblings.
